1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver all over Pakistan via our courier partner, Trax Logistics.

2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas.

3. Shipping Charges
- 1-Pack orders: Standard delivery charges apply (shown clearly at checkout).
- 2-Pack Bundle orders: FREE shipping — no delivery charges.

4. Order Confirmation
To reduce delivery issues and fake orders, we may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatch. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is collected by our rider at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery/tracking updates via the contact number provided at checkout.

7. Delivery Attempts
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our rider will typically attempt redelivery or contact you directly. Please keep your phone reachable during the expected delivery window.

8. Delays
While we aim to meet our stated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier volume, weather, or address issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
